Aria

By Tomson Highway

A short one-act one woman show. The performer is called upon to play a wide range of ages, classes, styles, voices and roles of women. As bride, wife, earth mother, executive, Virgin Mary, drunk white woman, and woman of the rolling head, the diva takes the audience on a raucous, reverential, and riveting tour of Native womanhood ending with Mother Earth herself.
