Lesser Demons

By Dorothy Dittrich

We all have our demons, but Hannah’s demons have names and faces and they’ve got important plans. When Hannah agrees to a little weekend getaway to one of the Gulf Islands with her husband, she has no idea what lies in wait. From past lives to deals with the devil, “Lesser Demons” takes a comic look at some serious subjects. Family, love, creativity, spirituality and forgiveness weave through this story of facing our demons and the choices we make. Using symbols of spirituality and religion from the west and east with some psychology for good measure “Lesser Demons” asks what it means to ignore one’s creativity. Is creative expression a right, a privilege or a fundamental human need?
